Bed, Bath & Beyond
Bed, Bath & Beyond was named in the report from the Helena Kennedy Centre, published in November 2021, as one of many international brands whose supply chains were linked to textile companies known to source cotton from Xinjiang.
Shipping records identified Weiqiao Textile Co. Ltd as part of Bed, Bath & Beyond’s supply chain - a 2015 interview with Weiqiao’s chairman revealed that at the time, Weiqiao was already sourcing one third of its cotton from the Uyghur Region, “in response to the country’s call to promote the development of the central and western regions.”
Bed, Bath & Beyond has not responded to the report’s findings.
